Multiport excitation with delay and attenuation. Best practices?

Post by Hale_812 » Thu 10 Jan 2019, 08:35

As far as I remember, many ports can be excited in OpenEMS, with the same excitation signal.

But how about delaying and attenuating the signal on per-port basis?

Particularly, I am interested in driving an array of lumped ports attached to lambda/4 metal probes. Inserting a delaying structure, or a PI-attenuator with programmable resistance is problematic. Is there a way of reaching delay(phase shift) and attenuation inside one, or a couple of mesh-cells?
