For me openems.de still does not work. It ends up on an empty page at http://openems.de/index.php/ .

I also tried from my pc at work, with my smartphone, with lynx text browser, ...

I strongly suspect, this actually is a server-side issue and no client-side permanent redirect problem...

Yes, forum works and direct link provided above also works. That's what I've been using the past months ...

It wasn't until recently at work when I wanted to navigate to openems.de via google and ended up on that blank screen again.

Funny ... it worked with my wifes (ie, win 10) notebook though.

I also tried it with browserling.com and there again ... Only blank screens.

I am totally confused and I have no clue what's going wrong. I just hate the thought of people interested in openEMS just seeing a blank screen. It is such a great piece of software that this would be such a pitty!

Update: You can try 100+ browsers on browsershots.org. Firefoxes seem to work just fine. Safari and Chromes show blank screens.

Update 2: From what I've seen from redirect-checker.org there is a 301 pointing to openems.de/index.php/. Putting that url into Firefox somwhow ends up on openems.de/start, Chrome on the other hand remains on the blank index.php. Pointing Chrome directly to openems.de/start does work ok.

The link that turns up in Google and presentations about openEMS has never worked for me (http://openems.de/index.php/) -- it is a blank page in Chrome, MS Explorer, and MS Edge (basically, every web browser you'd find on a Windows machine) and has been for years. Maybe it's because I'm in Canada, I don't know.
